Managing your Temper: –

It so happens that after travelling a long distance you meet a customer and explain about the product or service

post this you get a response saying ” we will Get Back ” This is the time your temper should be cool, cooler your temper more the chance of catching the customers temperature. There is a reason WHY I use Temperature. Only when our temper is at normal level, we can make the customer temperature get a normal so that we get to know how to attract the customer.

ATTRACT THE CUSTOMER.

Small creatures are the best examples for us to understand what is attraction, ants go where ever there is a sweet. There might be lot of vendors who provide the same product but how unique you are is how shows that there is sweeter at that place so that all the ants (CUSTOMERS) come near your sweet (Your BUSINESS). When the customer is at your door step rate the customer.

Rate the customer

We are actually no one to rate a customer its just the marketing behavior when we are with the customer. customers can be rated according to the behavior.

1: Hearing – customer just hear to the info

2- Convincing – They listen to the info, grab a few points and start pondering on it!

3- Promising – They would listen, ask for a proposal and plan for a next meeting.

To take the customer from hearing to promising you need to know about your product or service.

Know About your Product or Service: –

 

Its always important to know what’s there with us before we know what’s there with others, it’s like knowing and discovering ourselves is the first discovery everyone should do. Unless we discover ourselves, we can’t discover anything else!! So First we need to know our product/Service. So, this through knowledge will give us a confidence with which we have to enhance our talking skills.
